As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional my focus tends to be those learning to deal with anxiety and/or compassion fatigue. Compassion fatigue (aka burnout) can be experienced in any profession or lifestyle such as caregiver, in education/student, medical field, veterinary/animal care etc. I also work with adults that may be struggling with depression, personality disorders and those navigating major life transitions. Being an open minded and approachable person, my goal is to utilize my skills to create and comfortable, receptive space for you to explore yourself. My clinical orientation is rooted in a blend of person-centered theories, cognitive behavioral therapy and behaviorism.
